With over 13 years of experience across litigation and corporate counsel roles, he brings deep expertise in contract lifecycle management—drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and creating playbooks for a wide range of agreements including MSAs/CSAs, NDAs, SOWs, LOIs, Reseller/Distribution Agreements, and Commercial Lease Agreements.
Vivek began his legal journey as a Junior Advocate at the Supreme Court of India under a Senior Counsel and went on to serve as a legal retainer with Tata Power, representing the company in courts across Delhi. He later worked as in-house counsel at Thomson Reuters, Cybage Software, Persistent Systems, and Oyster Legal, advising businesses on risk allocation, compliance frameworks, and practical legal strategies.
